Storm Spotter

John Penrod, a trained storm spotter for Mower County, keeps an eye on a storm rolling over Rose Creek on Highway 56 Thursday night. Just moments before this picture Penrod had called in with a report of cloud rotation though no funnel cloud or tornado was reported at the time. Eric Johnson
